This is a picture of our table that we had for our craft sale this past weekend!
Lots of colour draws people in - we did an amazing amount of business so something must be working Hah!
This is the banner I have made for this year's sale - just a simple two point banner decorated with the 12 Days of Christmas from My Mind's Eye.
I will try to get a better picture of it. Right now I am busting a gut making cards - I had a real role-on today -not sure why?- but it felt good to just make cards for no other reason than I wanted to - know what I mean?!
I'll be posting them as soon as I get my camera back from my son who is taking pictures of an arbor he is building for his college horticulture class! and I get to keep it - wonderfully happy about that!

Masculine Christmas Card!
Good Morning! Just popping in with a quick post - I am trying to construct a banner for our Christmas table this weekend at our craft sale.....Hopefully it will be good enough to show when it is done HAH!
In the meantime, I received some new stamps and designer paper from Scrapmaster's Paradise this week (yay!) and I decided to do a quick Christmas card - masculine at that!
And I know it is a masculine card which usually means no frills or twinkles- so I opted for kraft twine! But.....I had to add a snowflake with a bit of sparkle - couldn't help it!
My Designer paper, which I also bought from Scrapmaster's Paradise, is called Times & Seasons by Echo Park - LOVE the mustache paper!

Using SP & Company's Bold Sentiments II Holiday Stamp Set, I stamped one of the fun sentiments onto a piece of cardstock that was cut with the Spellbinders Labels Twenty One. A perfect fit!

Kickin' It!
I won a stamp set from Paper Pretties last week and with the fast shipping i was able to get my greedy little hands on it yesterday! woohoo!
This is a cute little Karate set! I'm going to say Karate and since I know nothing about Judo/Karate/anythinglikethat, AND I am guessing at the outfit. I remember when my friends would take Judo and the different coloured belts they would earn.
I coloured the Karate Kid (hee!) with my copics and cut him out with a Spellbinders frame. Before I removed him from the frame, I sponged around it with Potter's Clay (Memento) Ink.
The Designer paper is from Bella Blvd - one I have had for a couple of years. I embossed a piece of Terracotta Tile cardstock (PTI) with my Happy Birthday Cuttlebug folder so that I could use it as a masculine card - just perfect!
Hope you have a Kickin' Day!

Christmas Wine Tags
Oh how I love to make Christmas Tags! I am not getting sick of it yet lol!
I turned it around a bit and made some wine bottle tags using Papertrey Ink's Wine Bottle Tag and Tag Sale #5.
Use it Tuesdays has a challenge on right now to make something that has to do with food - so this is perfect right? RIGHT? The only stipulation is to use something you have been hoarding! EASY - last year's Christmas designer paper and that beautiful gold ribbon!
I have been told, or heard somewhere that wine is the food of the soul.....or something like that so I am using it! for this challenge!

My daughter and I are in a craft show next Saturday so we need to make 100 of these beauties AND I have an order for another 100 - any season (thank goodness) from a friend of mine - so I will be cranking these out - literally!

Celebrate Black and Orange!
The Play Date Cafe has a rather interesting colour challenge this week. Interesting because it is Hallowe'en colours AFTER Hallowe'en!
I decided I had to do this one because of the Volkswagon - LOVE them!!
I used a Papertrey Ink paper pack that is all black and white and used it for my background.
Then I stamped three little penguins in a row with Memento Tuxedo Black ink with the sentiment "Celebrate" being from the Paper Smooches "Sentiment Sampler" stamp set!
A little bit of Divine Twine and it is done!! - my splash of orange!
The kids are here - I gotta go!!

I haven't used my Paper Smooches stamps in a long time, so I got out the "My Peeps" stamp set since it has a cute little penguin - that would certainly abide by the black and white part of the challenge!
